1. 🚑 Ambulance Driver
Location: Multiple locations across Jharkhand
Qualification & Skills:
Valid LMV/Commercial Driving License
Experience in driving ambulances or emergency vehicles preferred
Knowledge of routes and traffic rules
Ability to remain calm in emergencies
Basic knowledge of patient handling is a plus
Responsibilities:
Drive ambulances safely and responsibly during emergencies
Coordinate with paramedics and medical staff during patient transfers
Ensure the ambulance is clean, fueled, and well-maintained
2. 🩺 Paramedics / Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs)
Location: All operational areas
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Paramedical Science or EMT Certification
Hands-on experience in handling medical emergencies
Knowledge of BLS (Basic Life Support) & ALS (Advanced Life Support)
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site emergency care to patients
Assist doctors during transportation
Manage medical equipment such as oxygen cylinders, defibrillators, and ventilators
Maintain patient records during transfer
3. 👨⚕️ Doctors (ALS/BLS Support)
Location: Major hubs (Ranchi, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Jamshedpur, etc.)
Qualification & Skills:
MBBS/MD degree with valid registration
Experience in emergency/critical care preferred
Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
Compassionate approach to patient care
Responsibilities:
Provide medical supervision during critical patient transfers
Guide paramedics and nursing staff in emergencies
Ensure the best medical care is given en route
Coordinate with hospitals for smooth patient admission
